Chicken, Beats & Chaos in College Park Owned by Ne-Yo, Crystal Smith, and Karlie Redd We stumbled upon this spot while on the hunt for wings in College Park—decided to pass on the Jimmy-from-Pinocchio-looking place down the street and rolled the dice on this celeb-owned joint instead. It was 2:00 PM on a Saturday, and the vibe outside already screamed “nightclub in the daylight.” The DJ was going way too hard for the brunch crowd. We’re over 40—Unc and Auntie came for some crispy chicken, not a pregame. But we forged ahead. First impression? The booth was dirty. The hostess tried to find a cleaning cloth but took so long, I had to grab napkins and do it myself. Because no ma’am, I’m not standing there awkwardly while the bass rattles my kidneys. Now, the food? Surprisingly delicious. • The baked mac and cheese was creamy and hit the soul just right. • The lemon pound cake waffle was inventive and indulgent. • The fried chicken salad was fresh and flavorful. • And those Nashville hot tenders? Dripping, spicy, and satisfying. But the ambiance? Ma’am. No. The final straw? Mid-bite, a full-on twerk session broke out next to our table. Yes, right by my waffle. It’s 2:30 PM. Sun still out. Boots still on the ground. And here we are—waffles and wiggle.

We tried the catfish and grits. The catfish tasted like it came straight from the water which is always refreshing. The grits were ok. The drinks were good. Our waitress was pleasant and nice. Very knowledgeable and helpful about the menu and food recommendations. The only issue I had was the added gratuity for a party of “two”. I’m not sure if this is a thing now in a ATLANTA….

Awesome experience, great food, delicious drinks. It’s a busy atmosphere, but not overwhelming. The service is fast and efficient. Our waitress was very attentive to detail and made sure we were taken care of. When the food came it was delicious. All of it. If I’m in the college park area and looking for a good bite to eat, I would definitely revisit and to anyone going I would definitely recommend.

We had a party of six and everything was great! The food was absolutely delicious, and our server Nan did an amazing job—even while managing multiple tables, she was still very attentive and friendly. The music added to the good vibes and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was delicious. The fried biscuits with strawberries were outstanding. The shrimp and grits phenomenal... Chicken and Waffles best we had in Atlanta! Highly recommend for the food.

This place has it all going for it. They have a DJ from 12-5 on Saturdays that plays a great selection. Excellent service (shoutout our server Nae), the FOOD was AMAZING. I got the buttermilk waffle w/ honey hot wings and they were so fire. I will definitely be back and couldn’t recommend this spot enough. Family friendly, pregame friendly, you name it!

Visited here for the first time today with my boyfriend. Nae was our server who was really sweet with great energy. The food and service did not disappoint. The strawberry lemonade was amazing as well. We will definitely visit here again.
